Counselling

When you need someone else to help.

Individual, Couple and Family Therapy

I would like to hear from people who are interested in ways in which to further develop and enrich their lives.
Some of the people I see are in couples and families, where we focus on relationship and the way in which these individuals interact with one another. I also work with people on an individual basis. Therapy sessions may be short term, consultative, or longer term, from six months to several years.

Longer term, individual therapy provides an opportunity to look inside oneself at a deeper level and change patterns or ways of thinking that are destructive to oneself or others.

Usually, a session lasts about one hour. Regular sessions, usually weekly, provide adequate intensity and enable me to provide adequate support. However, I will meet with people more or less often if appropriate.
